This procedure is usually selected when you are having trouble with the Quotes Plus database and need to reinstall just the database.

GENERAL NOTES:

1. The Quotes Plus database Customer ID and Password, if needed for the installation, must be entered in all lowercase with no spaces.
2. If you don't have your QP ID and Password, they should be displayed on the Member Services page after you LOGIN.  If they are not visible, select the option to have them emailed to you.
3. Do not select Commodities during the installation process unless you have previously subscribed.  Without the separate subscription, you will get an authorization required error when you try to download.

Minimal Procedure

1. Make sure you have your QP and HGSI user id's and passwords
2. Login to the HGSI website and download the "HGS Investor Software and Quotes Plus Database"
3. Run it. Choose Reinstall Option

Detailed Procedure

Start by Logging into the HGS web site
www.highgrowthstock.com/memberarea

1. Select from the Downloads Section:
   "HGS Investor Software and Quotes Plus Database"
2. Follow the downloading instructions that appear on subsequent pages and "Save" the special download installer to your Desktop. (This is a very small file that is used to download the larger setup file)
3. Double click on the desktop icon for "Qp3HgsWebSetup.exe" that you just downloaded.
4. Click on the Run button to start the installation.
5. Follow the instructions shown below.
