In Friday’s live webinar I’m going to take the mystery out of how I create my top 50 prospecting list. Then I’ll show you how I proceed with charting and risk management.

The input to producing my top 50 prospecting list is a large number of other stock lists. Each of these other stock lists get created using different strategies. In HGSI we use filters to implement a stock selection strategy. You can think of the filters as screens or scans.

Using two unique HGSI features, Group Inclusion Report (GIR) and Designer Group Database, I can take as many of these individual lists as I like, each created from different strategies and different time periods, look inside each list and pull out only the stocks that meet a specific frequency distribution of stocks across all the lists. I use historical lists from my personal database and the current day lists. The end result is a new top 50 prospecting list.

With my top 50 list in hand, I will show you how I do my charting analysis using Volume Price Analysis (VPA), chart trends, group movement, and most importantly risk control for getting in and getting out of positions.
