Another week and another set of new highs. Has QE infinity changed the game or are we just setting up for a top. The major indices are rising at a sharper angle and perhaps a climax run is upon us. Regardless, there is a bull market and there is rotation into ENERGY with continued strength in financial, technology and home builders and associated stocks.
